This Model Customized Your New Favorite Pair of Jeans

Adrianna Barrionuevo

We've seen Sasha Pivovarova star in ad campaigns for everyone from Balenciaga to our favorite high-street retailer, Zara. She even posed alongside her adorable daughter in Vogue. Little did we know, though, that when she's not in front of the camera, the Russian model is an illustrator.

Pivovarova occasionally shares her work on her personal Instagram page, but now she's taking her talents mainstream by collaborating with denim brand Frame on a limited-edition collection of jean jackets and pants. The four-piece line comprises two silhouettes—a denim jacket and a pair of relaxed-fit jeans—and features intricate botanical-inspired embroidery with Pivovarova's abstract freehand sketches. Naturally, the model stars in the denim brand's S/S 17 campaign, but all eyes are on her natural creativity for this capsule. The gorgeous mix of graphics makes every piece in the line a distinct denim staple you can live in season after season.
