Yes, Summer Ugg Boots Exist (and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Is a Fan)
Ugg boots are a staple for winter, but you don't need to put away the beloved brand once temperatures start to rise. We chatted with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at the Los Angeles celebration of her new Ugg campaign (styled by the inimitable Rachel Zoe), where she clued us into the one boot style we should be buying for warm weather.
"The shoe that I was most excited about from this campaign was the new summer perforated leather boots," she told Who What Wear. "It has no lining in it, so they're really great and perfect for spring." In other words, you get all the comfort of classic Ugg boots, but you can wear them straight through August sweat-free.
Of course, we also had to use our time with Huntington-Whiteley to get styling tips. "I think my ultimate favorite outfit [to wear with Uggs] would be some denim cutoffs and a cool T-shirt," she told us. "Or maybe black skinny jeans, a silk cami, and a black leather jacket." Both sound like good options to us.
As for the just-released campaign, the model was quick to give credit to stylist Rachel Zoe. "Rachel has been a long-time friend of mine since I moved to L.A.—we live a block apart from each other," she told us. "It's just always great to collaborate with your friends, and I think that she styled the campaign so beautifully as you can see in the pictures."
