These Rihanna Boots Took Three Months to Make

Elyssa Goodman

We've been in awe of Rihanna's amazing Anti tour ensembles so far, and she recently performed in yet another costume that blew us away: cream-colored custom thigh-high Giuseppe Zanotti boots. They belt around her waist like chaps and are worn over a silky romper onstage, and they took almost three months to make.

Zanotti worked directly with Rihanna and her stylist Mel Ottenberg to make the boots happen, too, according to Harper's Bazaar. "It was fun to interpret their needs (for the tour) and translate their vision into reality," the designer said. We can't wait to see what other looks are in store.
