Your Favorite Vintage Denim Brand Now Makes Its Own Jeans, Too

When you're hunting for vintage denim, one of the go-to brands to look for is Levi's, right? And when you aren't lucky enough to stumble across the perfect pair yourself, you go to Re/Done, the masters of reconstructing vintage Levi's. Well, in a super-exciting turn of events, the brand is now making its own denim, too. Customers have always wanted dark-wash denim from Re/Done, but according to co-founder Sean Barron, only about seven of every 100 pairs of jeans the team finds are still dark and not too worn in. Thus its first collection of non-vintage, locally sourced, American-made denim was born right in downtown Los Angeles.

The inaugural collection includes a straight skinny, a high rise, and a relaxed crop, each designed in the style of the brand's other vintage Levi's with little imperfections and classic fits only. Each style is available in various new dark washes, as well as their original vintage-inspired lighter washes. Plus, some styles are available for the first time with a 1% stretch to still get that crisp vintage vibe with a little more movement. Seriously, is there anything not to love about this launch?
