Puma Just Created the Coolest Ballet-Inspired Sneakers

Erin Fitzpatrick

Fashion's love affair with ballet has a long history. From fast-fashion collections to magazine editorials, the industry has always loved taking inspiration from the graceful sport. Now, Puma is the latest to take a cue: On February 1, the brand will launch ballet-inspired sneakers dubbed the Swan Pack collection.

When it came to finding campaign models, Puma went straight to the source: The brand tapped real dancers from the famed New York City Ballet to show off the new kicks. "The freedom of self-expression and the strength and grace of the ballet are the inspiration for the Swan Pack collection," the brand explained in a press release. "This collection brings together the fiercest Sportstyle and Training styles from Puma with swan-inspired details: a black-and-white color palette, iridescent materials, and feather prints."
