The One Netflix Show Fashion Girls Need to Watch in April

Coming soon: Get excited—Netflix has just released its list of new arrivals for April. While there's an amazing selection to look forward to, there's one show in particular that fashion girls should mark their calendars for: Girlboss. Premiering on April 21, the comedy series is based on Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso's best-selling book of the same name. Can't wait!

For a good cause: Sonix has opened its very first pop-up shop on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. But there's a twist: In the spirit of girl power, the brand has brought together over a dozen female-driven brands, all in one space. Plus, 100% of the proceeds from Sonix's "The Future Is Female" iPhone case, available exclusively at the pop-up, will be going to the Downtown Women's Center in L.A. Talk about a win-win for all.

Next big thing: In an effort to nurture the next generation of fashion talent, the CFDA has created an exhibition dubbed the Fashion Futures Graduate Showcase 2017, which will feature the work of up to 100 fashion graduates from New York schools. Mark your calendars: The exhibition will be open May 23–25.

Weekend plans: Calling all New Yorkers: Nicola Formichetti will be hosting a pop-up sale in New York at 50 White Street March 24–26. The best part? Proceeds will benefit the American Refugee Committee.
