Levi's Is Officially Bringing Back These Iconic Jeans

Erin Fitzpatrick

It's time to make room in your closet next to your 501 jeans, because Levi's is relaunching a different cult classic that you might love even more: the 505 C.

As WWD reports, the style was first launched in 1967 and enjoyed its heyday during the height of the counterculture movement in San Francisco and Greenwich Village. Now, ahead of its 50th anniversary, Levi's is bringing back the new and improved 505 C.

Jonathan Cheung, the brand's senior vice president of global design, told WWD that the relaunch was fueled by customers' increased interest in buying vintage pairs of the original style. The countdown is officially on: Expect the 505 C to debut this July.

Scroll down to shop other Levi's jeans while we wait for the 505 C style to relaunch!
