As self-proclaimed shoe addicts, we know an amazing shoe designer when we see one. Case in point: the talented Jerome C. Rousseau. Since the launch of his eponymous label in 2008, Rousseau has produced a covetable assortment of high-fashion shoes adored by the likes of Kristen Stewart, Nicole Richie, and more! Much to our delight, Jerome treated us to a first look at his latest collection and stunning campaign, both of which are lovely to look at, so check them out in today's slideshow!

"Inspiration for the spring collection was partly drawn from images of Marilyn Monroe relaxing in her spare time. This colorful silk slide is my own tribute to Marilyn this season."

"In every collection I try to have an element of handcrafting, and with this shoe I wanted to feature the leather hand-stitching. I like this shoe because it's a daytime silhouette."

"I wanted to shoot at a location that reflected the minimal and raw inspiration for the collection. The idea of shooting nudes in the desert came from a brilliant photographer, Mary Rozzi. Joshua Tree National Park is one of the most beautiful places in California where you have rocks, sand, blue sky, and vegetation all in one location. The setting really sums up the optimistic mood of a spring/summer collection."

"This shoe really sums up the collection to me. I love the minimal lines; it's all about the cut and the silhouette. The transparency reveals just enough."
