Isabel Marant's Spring Campaign Reveals This 2016 Trend Is Here to Stay

If there was one denim style that dominated 2016, we can say with certainty it was cropped flares. Endorsed by the most fashion-forward celebrities and every street style star, the figure-flattering silhouette became a fashion-girl obsession, and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere soon. While the New Year means we're bidding adieu to a handful of 2016 trends that have since gone stale, cropped flares are here to stay—evidenced most recently by Isabel Marant's S/S 17 campaign.

The beautifully quotidian campaign captures Anna Ewers hanging out in a kitchen wearing the label's spring collection—saturated with bohemian prints and featuring belts wrapped around high waistlines. One of the most striking images shows the model striking a pose next to the fridge, sporting an all-black ensemble of asymmetrical crop top and black cropped denim flares.
