Why is it that the older you get, the faster time goes by? You still feel like you’re 25, but you’re actually months away from turning 30; walking down the aisle feels like it was just yesterday, but in reality, you’re already celebrating your anniversary; or at times you still feel like a child, but your 2-year-old says otherwise. But as time continues to accelerate, it’s important to do everything you can to make those special milestones in your life (regardless of what they are) memorable, just like Arielle Charnas of SomethingNavy did to celebrate her first wedding anniversary. Even though it was a subtle touch, Charnas added a Hearts On Fire wedding band to her engagement ring to represent her first year of marriage.

“For me, on my wedding day, when it came to jewelry, I kept it really clean and classic. I love a good accessory that I can ‘set and forget,’ as well as pieces that I truly would want to wear forever. It’s all about the finishing touches,” explains Charnas.
“Having little pieces that bring me back to that magical weekend will always be an anniversary tradition of mine. It's something I never want to forget,” says Charnas.
“I think stacking wedding bands with your engagement ring is a great way to represent each anniversary. It's something a little different,” says Charnas.
