You Will Not Believe How Much Money H&M Made in Just Three Months

If you've ever stood in the middle of a crowded H&M, you don't need to see official numbers to know how wildly successful the Sweden-based mega-retailer has become. But just to underscore the fact, some numbers won't hurt.

According to Fashionista, H&M reported spring sales of an astonishing $5.6 billion, measured from the start of March 2015 until the end of May. That means in just three months, H&M brought in more than $5 billion—by comparison, Net-a-Porter's profits for the entire 2014-2015 fiscal year were $2.9 million. And while sales and profits can't be directly compared, you get the idea—H&M's financial success is currently off the charts.
