This 24-Year-Old Just Won the Coveted H&M Design Award

Erin Fitzpatrick

To win this year's H&M Design Award was to gain approval from some of fashion's heaviest hitters: Kate Bosworth, Olivier Rousteing, photographer Nick Knight, and Chiara Ferragni all served as judges. And that distinction now belongs to 24-year-old Brit Hannah Jinkins.

According to Fashionista, Jinkins graduated from the Royal College of Art just this year but managed to sell her graduate collection to a London boutique right away. As part of her award, Jinkins will receive roughly $50,000 in prize money and a year of mentorship. Plus, her winning collection will be sold at H&M stores next fall. Not too shabby for a 24-year-old!
