Exclusive: Goop's Next Collaboration Is Handmade TROA Jeans

Meghan Blalock

Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle site Goop is no stranger to hosting deisgner collaborations intended to upgrade your personal style—and the latest is a partnership with Korean eco-friendly denim brand TROA. The fruits of the sartorial duet: a pair of eco-friendly, handmade tuxedo jeans that clock in at $295.

While that might seem like a rather steep price tag for a pair of black jeans, here's the catch: each pair is handmade using an ancient Korean paper-weaving technique called hanji that dates back 1,600 years. On top of that, each pair of TROA jeans is hand-dyed using all-natural vegetal dyes, which means no two pairs are really alike.

The Goop x TROA line goes live August 14, and like everything else on Goop, the TROA tuxedo skinny jeans are exclusive to Goop and will not be available anywhere else. Head to Goop to start shopping!
