Deborah Lippmann already dominates the glitter nail polish game, but this month--just in time for the holidays--she's one-upped herself. Cleopatra In New York, a black polish with both large and small flecks of gold glitter, strikes a brilliant balance between festive and I-couldn't-care-less. The first coat goes on a dull gray color and the second amps it up to black with bits of gold shining through. The end result catches just enough light that it calls for jazz hands--almost. We like to think the Egyptian queen would rock the shade anywhere, from the Big Apple to Alexandria.
