This Is Huge News for Forever 21 Shoppers

Even if fast fashion is not the bulk of your wardrobe, everyone has a go-to store in mind when a last-minute affair comes up and you need something fresh and exciting to wear ASAP. Forever 21 has solidified itself as such as a destination, and it doesn’t hurt that it also offers some of the season’s most current trends at a price accessible to all. Of course, when shopping fast, it's also easy to make mistakes or take home something that's not quite what you expected. With this in mind, Forever 21's change to its return policy comes as big news.

For anyone who's shopped the brand before, it's commonly known that Forever 21 typically only offered exchanges for items returned to store. But that's not the case anymore, as the brand announced yesterday that it will now offer full refunds for products bought in store and online within 30 days of purchase (with receipt, unworn, undamaged, etc.).

“It’s always our goal to provide the best fashion and the best possible shopping experience for our customers," Forever 21's VP of merchandizing, Linda Chang, told Who What Wear. "As a brand, we are constantly evolving, and based on recent feedback, we decided that changing the return policy was something our fans were looking for and anticipate that they will be happy with the change." We're anticipating the same.
