The Color Combo Everyone Wore at Fashion Week

Bold colors abounded this New York Fashion Week, solidifying that the days of cold, clean minimalism are over—at least in terms of hue. Despite that, we're all gladly ushering in the autumn weather, as street style stars in New York had a particularly sunny disposition when it came to the color combinations they were wearing. When we rounded up all the best looks we saw on the street during NYFW, we noticed a recurring theme that we weren't anticipating.

It wasn't the all-black looks we usually take note of, or even the more recent obsession with the color red. Instead, fashion girls brightened up our feeds with a combination of bold fuchsia and buttery marigold. They didn't limit this combo to accessories or details either, but they allowed the colors to announce themselves loud and clear. A statement-making pink dress with citrus-toned sneakers was a highlight, as was the outfit featuring a pink dress with even pinker shoes. And for a more wearable takeaway for those who stray away from loud colors, we loved the burnt yellow blazer spotted on Pandora Sykes.

See for yourself the standout street style looks that prove that the combination of fuchsia and marigold is genius. Keep reading to shop our favorite picks of the two shades.
