Welcome to the very first installment of Fashion Office! We've teamed up with our amazingly talented friends at The Coveteur to give you a behind-the-scenes peek into the offices of some of the fashion world's most exciting companies. First up... our very own (and very new) headquarters!

In addition to Avenue Interior Design's full-service, hospitality-based interior design work, they also have an amazing e-decor site, I Heart Design, that offers customized, room-by-room design services over the web. It's such a genius idea, right?

Top photo: A freelance/intern work station in the reception area. And yes, it looks this perfect at all times.

Bottom photo: The front desk at reception. We must have tried 90 different version of the logo before we got it right.

If you have our book What To Wear, Where, you'll notice that the inside cover has the same print as the back of our business cards. It's all about the little details, right?

All business-related matters pass through COO Mika Onishi's perfectly proper office. Notice the Louis Vuitton day planner on her desk? Yes, despite the fact that we are a web company, she always has this planner by her side for additional notes! The fabric on her chairs is by Dwell Studio and we are all obsessed with it.

Our lovely Ad Sales Director, Shayna Kossove, sits in this office. The print is a vintage advertisement and the yellow lamp is vintage too. It was given a coat of yellow paint to make it a statement piece!

While Hillary keeps most polishes filed in clear boxes in the beauty cabinet, some are too pretty to hide away and are now part of the d├ęcor on her bookshelf.

Top photo: Behold Editorial Director Hillary Kerr's bookshelf/reading nook! The chair is vintage and was recovered in black-and-white tweed for a Chanel-inspired look. The table is one of Katherine's vintage/flea market finds; we painted the base gold!

Bottom photo: A sweet note from makeup artist Erin Smith permanently lives on Hillary's computer, next to her editing pencils.

A few of Katherine's favorite things, including: a Cartier briefcase, Hermes notebook, Celine sunglasses (a birthday present from Hillary!) and a vintage sterling silver cuff, from jewelry designer and curator Hilary Tisch.

Top photo: Feast your eyes on the inspiration board of WhoWhatWear.com's Creative Director Katherine Power! Some standouts from the bard: a shot from Jenni Kayne's Resort 12 collection, her favorite Chloe advertisement, some chic street-style shots, and her blue Reed Krakoff Mini Shoulder Bag.

Bottom photo: A Jonathan Adler "K" pillow, given to Katherine by members of the WWW team as a Christmas present a few years ago. The lamp is vintage--Katherine found it in Palm Springs.

In addition to Avenue A's help, our office move was also incredibly easy, thanks to the genius company The Organized Move. We didn't pack a box or lift a finger, The Organized Move did everything and did it all perfectly! (Oh, and did we mention that The Organized Move also does closets? Hillary hired them and it changed her life. Seriously.)

Photo: One of the many bookshelves in the office. This one is in our reception area and primarily holds our magazine collection.

Whether we're discussing future lineups, brainstorming new projects, or chatting about the ad sales schedule, everything important goes down in the conference room.
