Here's the Perfect Outfit to Welcome Fall

After months and months of discussing fall fashion, we're happy to remind you that it's officially here! Because it's the first day of fall, now is the time to really get down to business and dress accordingly. And given that we're in the midst of Milan Fashion Week, there are plenty of fall outfit ideas to give you a little inspiration to usher in the new season—one of our favorites thus far coming courtesy of Dakota Johnson.

Johnson attended the Gucci S/S 17 show dressed like the true fashion girl that she is, and we couldn't help but notice that her outfit for the occasion is perfect for making the summer-to-fall transition—an oversize denim jacket, pink maxi dress, and ankle boots. The dress is lightweight enough for those warm September afternoons, the jacket provides a touch of warmth if needed, and the ankle boots replace summer's sandals. While she was naturally clad in Gucci pieces, it's easy to re-create her look with any denim jacket, maxi dress, and boots.
