I love the idea of a furry vest, but I'm not sure what styles to buy or what I s

When furry vests became a must-have piece a few years ago, we were smitten because they are enviably warm and provide an outfit with some effortless cool. This fall, we are thrilled to tell you that its stylish shelf life is still good! But, like always, it's all in how you wear it. When shopping for your own furry vest, here are a few things to consider. 1. Go faux. Not only is it more fashionably correct, it's also more affordable and can better withstand the elements, so look for faux first. 2. Invest in a neutral color. You want something ultra-versatile that you can wear with anything, so look for something in a natural hue, like tobacco or gray. Your closet will thank you. 3. Find the perfect length. After much field research, we have determined that the most flattering shape for a furry vest is something that's a little easy through the body and then hits either at your hips or right above them. 4. Layer it with your daily essentials. Don't think of this piece as a novelty or fancy item; instead, just wear it with your wardrobe staples. We love how it looks over your daily uniform of a blouse, sweater, and jeans, but that's not the only option. We are also tickled by the idea of throwing it over a jean jacket, big chunky cardigan, or your trusty biker jacket. You can wear it day or night, and remember that it looks amazing with your scrumptious fall favorites (leather, cable knits, and cords)-the mixture of textures and proportions is simply irresistible!
