Every Woman Should Know Her Bra "Sister Size"

You probably wouldn't be surprised to learn that the majority of women wear the wrong bra size. It's understandable—sizing can vary from brand to brand, and some bras just feel better than others. Luckily, there is one trick you can use to figure out just the right fit. As lingerie brand Journelle taught Racked in this video, "Every bra has a 'sister size,' which you can figure out by moving down one size in the band and up one size in the cup (or vice versa). Cup volume is always the same for both sister sizes; it's a good idea to try both to see which feels more supportive and comfortable." For example, if your normal size is 34A, your sister size would be 32B. With this trick, you'll have more options if a certain bra size doesn't fit quite right.
