I'm a Picky Shopper, and This Is What I'd Buy From Net-a-Porter for Summer
Let’s be real: If money grew on trees and budgets were of no consequence, I think a lot of us would be more than happy to exclusively shop on Net-a-Porter for all of our fashion (and beauty) needs. The site is a trove of designer must-haves along with an impressive roster of up-and-coming and contemporary brands, sustainable edits, plus more affordable favorites such as Nike and Madewell. So in the spirit of fun (and summer’s impending arrival), I decided to turn my discerning eye toward my favorite shopping site and curate a dream wardrobe of sorts for the season ahead. From swimwear and sandals to tops and dresses, below you’ll find everything one could want for an especially stylish summer. Oh, and I couldn't help but throw a handful of beauty selects in there while I was at it. To see and shop all my picks, just keep scrolling.
If you tend to buy neutral clothes, this will make such a big impact on your wardrobe.
Linen shorts are a summer staple, but this print takes things to the next level.
Very important summer sneakers.
This belt is actually removable, so you can wear the suit with or without it plus use the belt on other pieces.
I'm obsessed with this body oil, and I imagine the face oil is just as lovely.
The athletic-shorts obsession lives on.
I wouldn't mind the matching skirt, too.
Another major shorts trend for you to know about.
Comfort, but make it Proenza.
I always use this before applying heat to my hair, and it seems to be working for me.
I love a dress that looks good with flat sandals.
From the cut to the color, everything about this blazer is perfect.
Next: Trust me, buy this—at-home edition.
Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here at Who What Wear, and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2020, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch 90 Day Fiancé.
