Who What Wear is currently seeking interns for S/S 13 and beyond. We are looking for motivated candidates based in Los Angeles who have a strong interest in fashion and trends, as well as knowledge of designers, celebrities and tastemakers. We are looking for individuals who are efficient and proactive with exceptional taste. Our unique internship program offers participants the ability to learn about all aspects of this online fashion magazine and media company.

Editorial Intern Responsibilities:

Assisting the editorial team in sleuthing out alternative, shoppable product for stories as well as general research

Work with the editorial team to write and produce daily content

Participating in group pitch sessions to help shape WWWs content

Helping with day-to-day Who What Wear operations including administrative duties

Fashion Intern Responsibilities:

Helping with day-to-day Who What Wear operations including administrative duties reflective of the fashion department, including sample requests, trafficking and returns.

Work with the fashion editorial team to prep still life and on-model photo shoots

Participating in group pitch sessions to help shape WWWs content

Fashion market research including current and future ready-to-wear, accessories and celebrity fashion trends relevant to the Who What Wear site.

Beauty Intern Responsibilities:

Assist the beauty department with product research, celebrity looks, and relevant tastemakers.

Call in products and keep the beauty closet organized.

Help with basic copy and captions and occasionally pitch ideas.

Assist with social media, including Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter.

Occasional event coverage and red carpet interviews.

Social Media Intern Responsibilities:

Work with social media manager in developing and managing content across WWWs social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, & Tumblr

Contribute to blogger program by identifying key influencers and conducting outreach

Participate in brainstorming/pitch sessions to help shape WWWs social media programs & daily content

Assist in measuring impact of social media efforts through relevant monitoring tools and reporting

Help with day-to-day Who What Wear operations including administrative duties

Conduct on-going research projects on key industry trends & competitive insights

Photo Intern Responsibilities:

Assist the photo team in researching red carpet, paparazzi, and runway images for fashion and beauty content

Work with the photo team to pitch image-driven concepts for WWW stories

Business Development Intern Responsibilities:

Assist with identifying and negotiating new business ventures and partnerships with content creators, major media companies, agencies, and brands

Provide business support and analytics as well as solutions to any issues or concerns

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents

Provide financial analysis of potential deals and partnerships

Develop and author business plans and presentation materials

Work closely with COO, Ad Sales Team, Business Development Associate and Founding Editors on business affairs initiatives and deal structuring

Identify and implement growth & revenue opportunities

Ad Sales Intern Responsibilities:

Research client/brand needs and draft client correspondence to secure contract signatures, and provide campaign performance data

Assist in preparing sales materials for clients/meetings

Participate in client brainstorm sessions followed by executing said proposals in various categories: Fashion, Beauty, Retaile, Liquor, Home Dcor, Entertainment, etc.

Compile campaign performance data and screenshots in presentable format for clients

Analyze Comscore and Google Analytics data

General administrative support such as: filing, expenses, scheduling, and travel/restaurant arrangements for multiple Ad Sales Representatives

Assist with additional ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as directed by Ad Sales department

Assist with event marketing (dinners, in-store events, launch parties, etc.)

Liaise with our network of Fashion Bloggers to execute cross promotions and social media posts
