At some point yesterday in our frantic schedule, Katherine and I dropped by the Prova presentation to check out the collection of (primarily) scarves created by former Vogue
editor Irini Arakas. Between the gorgeous prints (faves include a pansy print in white and gray with tiny touches of orange/yellow and a bold green and black graphic pattern) and the beaded fringe, these beautiful pieces truly straddle the line between scarf and jewelry. Also saw Arakas' necklaces, which are just as unique and stunning. A single piece includes organic bone-like pieces, hand-carved wooden beads, and metal studs"it's like seeing humankind's entire technological history in one accessory. Impressive, to say the least.
