COS is a store to watch! It is H&M's chain of concept stores that provide high fashion styles at affordable prices. They have a great selection of wardrobe basics in great fabrics + fits, that are a tad edgy, yet very clean cut. At the moment they are only located in Europe, which begs the question- when will they open locations in the US?!
