This Fashion Campaign Encourages Women to Wear Whatever They Want

Meghan Blalock

Over the past year or so, we've seen a notable trend in the fashion community at large: retailers, designers, bloggers, and more encouraging women to really embrace their body types and wear whatever suits them best. Amazon is taking that trend one step further, encouraging women to wear whatever they want.

Amazon's #IWishICouldWear campaign, starring UK fashion blogger Marsha Campbell, plus-size activist Ana Pizarro, and albino model Ingrid Behague Sockeel, plays with that oh-so-common phrase many women utter at one time or another: "I wish I could wear [insert various fashion items here]." Amazon's campaign encourages women to drop that phrase from their vocabularies entirely, instead opting to wear whatever they want—regardless of body type, shape, or any other previously conceived determining factor.

Watch the #IWishICouldWear campaign above, and tell us what you think of it in the comments below!
