Alice + Olivia has long been the go-to source for many fashion girls when they're in need of a fun party dress that's still cool and wearable. But because life often calls for something a little more chill, the designer of the veteran brand, Stacey Bendet, just launched a sister brand that's full of more casual pieces you'll wear on repeat. And because the line was inspired by the laid-back Los Angeles lifestyle, she named Alice + Olivia's new sister brand AO.LA.

The primary focus of AO.LA is ultra-flattering premium denim and tees and jackets to go with it. While we're certainly enamored with the beautiful brightly colored kimonos, it's the Good High Rise Exposed Button Jeans that are at the top of our wish list. The skinny jeans are described as "flattering and versatile" and feature of touch of stretch for comfort. Not only that, Bendet told Neiman Marcus (an exclusive retailer of the new brand) that "these jeans will turn heads."

AO.LA is currently stocking 10 different denim styles, including exposed-zipper skinnies, high-rise and low-rise styles, and cropped flares in a variety of washes. Given that the world is always on the hunt for a new source for cool denim, we predict that fashion girls will quickly take notice of this new line, especially the aforementioned exposed-button skinny jeans. Oh, and did we mention that each pair of jeans features an empowering message embroidered in the waistband, and 10% of profits go to the Good+ Foundation, which provides essentials to families in need?
