I’m always in need of more easy outfit formulas. Especially the ones comprised of all of my favorite basics and take 5 minutes to put together. This spring and summer I decided to start early and start rounding up simple but elevated outfits to keep in my back pocket and revisit when I’m stumped on what to wear. On my hunt for the easiest but also chicest outfit ideas out there I landed on 6 outfits that could work for so many different summer/spring occasions. I found the perfect lowkey sophisticated outfit inspiration for happy hour with friends, summer vacations, out to dinner and for the office.
Keep scrolling to see which 6 simple yet elevated outfit ideas I’m recreating this spring and summer.
Bodysuit + cardigan + denim
The ultimate easy week day outfit combination made up of your favorite basics. I'd pair this outfit combo with ballet flats.
Mini skirt + T-shirt + kitten heel
This outfit doesn't have to be all white to work but now that I've seen it I have to recreate it. It's the perfect happy hour look.
Strapless top + shorts + leather belt
I'm loving this outfit for a weekend out in the city. I have a feeling this spring and summer we'll be seeing lots of strapless tops.
Tank top + mini skirt + blazer
Filing this under outfits to wear out to dinner this spring and summer. I'd opt for an oversize jacket to balance out the skimpiness of the tank top.
Striped Button Down + Relaxed Trousers + Sandals
I'm picturing myself wearing this to the farmers market on a weekend.
Mini Dress + Flat Sandal + Sunglasses
Sometimes the simplest outfits are the best one. I love how this dress and sandals look requires little to no effort yet look so chic and put together. I can't wait until its warm enough to wear this to drinks.
